Governors and Judges, by the Egyptian historian Abu Umar Muḥammad ibn Yusuf al-Kindi (283/897-350/961). Kindi devoted his literary efforts to the Islamic history of Egypt, but few of his works survive. This work deals individual by individual from the time of the Muslim conquest through the time of al-Kindi.
